 I took this picture on October 29, 2023, in my neighborhood. The lighting is coming the side as you can see from the shadow of the tree on the far left. I chose this photo because the shadows are not the focus of the picture; instead, the side light is displayed by how the shadows in the tree leaves mix with the light. 

 I took this picture on October 29, 2023, in my neighborhood. As you can see from the tree right in the front, the light is shining directly on it, yet, there are immense shadows. The shadows are created my large trees behind me; I thought it was an interesting way to capture both elements of front light.

  I took this picture on October 22, 2023, in my neighborhood. Many of the rules I have read have said that the sun should not be in the photograph, only the light; but I think the rays of sunshine really add to the photograph.

  This is a picture that is framed which I took on October 22, 2023, in my neighborhood. The light in all my photographs that evening is what makes the photograph special. The top sign is illuminated and turns and florescent green whole being in the center of the screen.

  I took this picture of patterns and textures on October 22, 2023, in my neighborhood. I decided to take pictures during a good time of day, the lighting was amazing. The photo captures the light hitting and going through the picnic table in an interesting way. It's quite cool to look at.

  I took this picture using leading lines on October 22, 2023, in my neighborhood. The triangular monkey bars create an interesting type of leading line. It took some climbing to get the shot but it is quite interesting.

  I took this picture using the rule of thirds on October 22, 2023, in my neighborhood. The light was striking the flowers and turning them such a beautiful bright shade of pink that I knew I had to capture it on camera.
